The Extended Project Qualification
(EPQ) is an extra qualification that 6th form students can gain in order to get UCAS points and to acquire amazing experience of research and essay writing skills which will be really useful for university and future careers.
Our EPQ students here at HCL6F have been working really hard in recent months to complete their varied and fascinating essays on subjects ranging from why we know so little about the ocean to whether the domestication of dogs is moral.
On Thursday this week, four students were ready to present the findings of their projects to a small audience. I was so proud of how they presented their projects as real experts on their subjects with composure and an engaging manner.
They are coming to the end of writing their essays and these presentations mark a huge achievement for them. Well done!
