The Mousetrap Play Trip
On Thursday, a select group of students saw the worlds longest running play- The Mousetrap. The students had all shown exceptional commitment over the last 10 months of their time at the academy, demonstrating over 95% attendance and exemplary behaviour, and it was a pleasure to reward their amazing efforts with this trip. The murder mystery featured an intriguing display of characters, an isolated country mansion, and a devastating murder. None of us saw the twist coming, but special praise for Aisha Latif who used her detective instincts to spot that one of the characters was not entirely as he seemed. A massive well done to all of the students on a rewards trip this week. Your commitment is always noticed, and will put you in a great position before the exam countdown begins next year

The British Museum
We were given the opportunity to go to the British Museum for a rewards trip where we learned about the Enlightenment period of British history and saw beautiful Egyptian artifacts ,such as Ramesses II, the Egyptian pharaoh. It was an excellent opportunity to introduce students to British history and gain am understanding and appreciation of other cultures that have existed throughout history
